4 Perfumes Similar to Obsession for Her

Obsession by Calvin Klein was an absolute powerhouse back in the 1980s, both in terms of its sales total, and its bold sillage. Seriously, this stuff could and still probably can, fill a room. With such a classic status already achieved, there are going to be plenty of women, trying to find something that can match what it did or at least feel similar to this perfume.

Well, there has been some reformulation of the classic, so the current Obsession isn’t exactly the same. It’s probably still most of the way there, however. As such, I’m going to try to get some close options between the two. Is there a cheaper clone? What scents smell alike?

What Perfumes Smell Like Calvin Klein’s Obsession?

Softer and More Floral

Must De Cartier By Cartier For Women. Eau De Toilette Spray 3.3 oz
Must is a warm and beautifully sweet fragrance that is great for casual wear and is long-lasting. Must De Cartier is a softer perfume but one that is well-crafted and has many admirers.

This is a good alternative, for those who still want designer fragrance quality, but without the same intensity level as Obsession. You do get some spice, but not to the same level, and probably a greater floral profile as well.

Must de Cartier features plenty of wood dipped in amber with vanilla and tonka bean playing support roles. However, this perfume is not that simple, as there is also floral notes and sweet floral notes involved too. At times it is green, sweet, spicy, but it all settles into something refined and classic.

Less Spice, More Resinous

OPIUM For Women By YVES SAINT LAURENT Eau de Toilette Spray 3 oz
An exotic classic that is spicy and oriental in its presentation. Mandarin, myrrh, jasmine, and bergamot.

This YSL perfume has always been in the same close family of fragrances, to Obsession. I would say, that the spices are toned down here, while the amber/resin/balsamic qualities are amped up.

Opium is a sensually intriguing experience that drives the imagination to dream up distant lands. Beautiful. Obviously, since the release in the 1970s, this perfume has undergone reformulations as just about everything has to.

However, the newer incarnation, is still a very nice fragrance. It still has its spicy, warm, and sweet notes with its underlying herbal and citrus tones that waft up throughout the wear. Opium has retained its charm and is actually a breath of fresh air when compared to many newer releases.

The Other Obsession

Calvin Klein Obsession For Men Cologne, .5 fl oz– Yes, one alternative to the ladies’ version of Obsession, is the men’s version. They were always closely connected, and the men’s, never went too far masculine to make it unwearable for women. In fact, it’s close to unisex.

Obsession has a lovely spice to it and features notes of mandarin, sandalwood, and amber. It’s got a great cinnamon led warmth and spice, that is supported by the nutmeg. The amber creates a sort of an envelopment around the person wearing it and this is one of the reasons, that Obsession is so good during the winter time.

This is such a rich and enticing scent, good for everyday wear, but can also pull double duty as a date night go to. There is sweet vanilla and nutmeg, which help to round out the fragrance, and create a memorable wear.

Spicy and warm, yes, but also a smoky balsamic element that peaks through at times. The classic formulation of this was amazing, but it is still holding up well today.   My Obsession review

obsession

Another Similar 80s Perfume

Moschino By Moschino For Women. Eau De Toilette Spray 2.5 OuncesThe original fragrance dating back to the late 1980s. A long lasting blend of florals, vanilla, and spice which gives it an exotic and special scent. It’s classic and gives you a different experience from most of the perfumes, out on the market today.

Moshcino when compared to Obsession, is a lot less spicy. Amber is there for sure, but you get a whole host of floral notes, which play a larger role in this composition. Also, a lighter sillage, in comparison.

Moschino is a rather complex composition, but still manages to be extremely well blended. You get herbal spice, green notes, but more warmth and periods of sweetness. All of this comes together with floral notes, such as: rose, marigold, gardenia, and carnation.

Very unique and great performance, with deep and satisfying aroma. Moschino for Women is an underrated classic.

11 Best Bond No. 9 Fragrances for Men

Bond No. 9 was launched in 2003 as a boutique fragrance line that gives scent to New York City. Each fragrance represents a particular part of the city by neighborhood, beach, uptown, midtown, and downtown.

Bond No.9 is also for being pricey, as you won’t really find a bottle for under $100 and in fact it’ll probably run you closer to $200-300+. That being said, this house has a great array of scents for both men and women.

Since each fragrance takes on the particular character of the place it represents, it is a great way to find a scent that might match the certain attitude of the person wearing the scent. I have chosen what I think are the 11 best Bond No. 9 cologne options for men.  Also check out: Best Ladies Bond No. 9 Fragrances

Classic Clean Bond

Bond No.9 Chez Bond Eau De Parfum Spray, 3.3 Ounce
Violet, sandalwood, and various citrus scents make this one a winner. One of the better scents from Bond No. 9’s collection. Chez Bond is fresh and clean, plus, works well on both males and females. Very similar to Green Irish Tweed.

Chez Bond has an herbal tea-like opening with its actual tea note plus lemon and leafy greens, adding further depth to the arrangement. It feels airy and warm just like a cup of tea.

As it dries down, Chez Bond’s more substantial notes come into play. It’s a forest sort of smell with cedar and sandalwood elevating to the top to join the tea. This one is suited for everyday wear. Casual or at the office.  Read my Full Chez Bond Review

All-Around Daily Wear

Bond No. 9 Lafayette Street Eau de Parfum Spray, 3.3 OunceLafayette Street opens up aromatic with a fruity aroma wrapped up in the warm embrace of vanilla and amber. However, there is also a freshness up top coming through with the coriander note.

It’s a sweet/fresh mix of citrus and apple notes, with the smooth vanilla/tonka bean, sitting on top of a woody base. The citrus note is much more noticeable than any crispness coming from the apple, but it pairs well with the amber especially during the dry down.

A bit floral, but I don’t find Lafayette Street to be too heavily weighted with those sorts of notes. Mostly, citrus, vanilla, coriander, and amber. Not super complex, but a very nice and rather unique entry from Bond.

Best Bond for Summer

Bond No. 9 Hamptons by Bond No. 9 For Men And Women. Eau De Parfum Spray 3.3-Ounces
One of Bond No. 9’s NY beach inspired scents, this one from the luxurious Hamptons. A citrus/woodsy scent with notes of lime blossom, bergamot, and sandalwood followed by amber, magnolia, and jasmine.

Hamptons opens up with a pretty sharp citrus combo of lime and bergamot. However, it’s pretty unique as it is flanked by floral notes, mainly jasmine.

Hamptons is also a unisex scent, so don’t expect something overly masculine. It’s a very clean and soapy kind of scent with a slight herbal air about it.

As it dries down, the sharp citrus calms down and you experience a green garden freshness surrounded by woods. It’s a low key fragrance. Good for casual, every day use. Hamptons Full Review

Best Oud Bond

Bond No. 9 New York Oud Eau De Parfum Spray, 3.4 Fluid Ounce
An under appreciated Bond scent, I think, because it is so niche. A highly sensual and rich fragrance designed to conjure up feelings of love and romance, as it was released on Valentine’s Day.

This one is something special for the right guy, but definitely not for everyone.

The opening of New York Oud is heavy and brash. The plum note especially is super tart and is joined by rose and the agarwood. It’s very layered. So, you’ll get the plum and orange. Then, the floral notes. The the strong oud and animalistic musk.

This Bond fragrance, is an absolute monster in terms of sillage and longevity. It doesn’t quit and sticks to your skin. Honestly, most guys shouldn’t consider this one, as it can be too overwhelming. My full New York Oud Review

Most Popular Bond Fragrance

Bond No 9 New Haarlem Cologne, 3.4 Ounce
This bold scent was one of the originals released in 2003 and still maintains it uniqueness to this very day. Lavender, bergamot, coffee, and cedar notes is a great choice for those who like to cause a stir. New Haarlem opens with that calming lavender note in the lead position.

It is then joined by the sweet triumvirate of coffee, vanilla, and tonka bean. It is built for the cold weather months, with a super sweet composition that is aided by a rich ambery warmth.

This one has a bit of thickness to it, but never felt overly heavy to me. A good amount of sweetness and spice in the mix, at times it’s got a cinnamon baked good like aroma, then it’ll hit with the coffee. New Haarlem review

Nights with a Chocolate Spice

Chelsea Nights by Bond No. 9– This perfume starts out with cacao and hazelnut coming on powerfully. This time, the cacao is stronger, and it for sure goes in a different direction than its compatriot.

Chelsea Nights isn’t a sugary chocolate bar, though. It’s got great touches of saffron, oud, a light rose, and myrrh. Yes, it’s sweet but it has a cinnamon sort of kick that comes through, warmth, a bit of smokiness floating underneath.

The end has a good deal of suede and vanilla. But, this comes across a leathery with the saffron note still being in the mix. It has settled down in terms of both spiciness and sweetness.

Smoother and creamy. Chelsea Nights hits so many different levels with its depth and is well worth checking out. Nice performance. Another one that is decidedly unisex, but may not fit everyone’s style.

Sexiest Bond No. 9 Cologne

Bond No. 9 Hot Always by Bond No. 9 For Men. Eau De Parfum Spray 3.3-Ounces
Probably the most masculine of the bunch and is designed for men, specifically. This cologne is sexy and a great bet for those who enjoy a more mature and refined scent.

The leather infused notes beg to be worn by a man who exudes confidence.

The other end of the the fragrance is highlighted by patchouli. So, you’re going to experience a back and forth between leather and patchouli. Underneath that will be mostly sandalwood smoothness, along with cinnamon spice.

Bergamot, and civet round it out. It’s not all that loud of a cologne, but it has very good staying power. Warm, smooth, with some sweetness to boot. H.O.T. Always has a very interesting, old school character.

Amazing Unisex Scent (leaning feminine)

Bond No.9 Bleecker Street Women Eau De Parfum Spray, 3.3 Ounce
Bleeker Street is a fantastic unisex fragrance highlighted by notes of violet leaf, patchouli, cassis fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel among others.

Bleecker Street is interesting in that it has a unique profile and has outdoorsy and somewhat sweet elements. It starts off fresh with a good deal of the cassis and the violet leaf. I’m normally hesitant with violet leaf scents, but I’ve always liked how it worked in Bleeker.

This Bond has a slightly aquatic freshness with clean, green, and a fruitiness. Beyond the aforementioned cassis, there is a blueberry note in the first 45-60 minutes that is great.

The sillage is moderate but it gives very good performance in terms of its longevity. It’s clean while being sporty and quite attractive for daily wear. This might be a reach at the current price levels, but if you can get a sample before, you might find out that this is the Bond for you.

Great Springtime Option

Bond No. 9 Riverside Drive by Bond No. 9 For Men. Eau De Parfum Spray 3.3 0z
An attractive scent, though not my favorite. It’s a great blend of spice and fruit notes that can be worn during the day but still versatile enough for some evenings out.

Though, it isn’t really a nightlife cologne. This seems to really be enjoyable to some women. Also similar to GIT by Creed.

The fragrance starts out with a basil, violet, and oak moss blend. It’s quite dry and the pineapple top note here really isn’t juicy, more along what you’d find in Creed Aventus.

Riverside Drive is sort of an amalgamation of multiple fragrances. The two Creeds and also YSL L’Homme Libre, due to the prominent basil note. It is a moderate sillage casual cologne, best worn in the spring/summer. My Riverside Drive Full Review

Best Woody Cologne

Bond No. 9 Great Jones by Bond No. 9 For Men. Eau De Parfum Spray 3.3-Ounces
A citrus-infused woodsy blend of aromas which develops beautifully. It’s super dry with notes of oak moss and cedar wood.

Fresh and classically masculine scent that is smooth and starts off with an orange top note.

The cardamom is also present at the beginning, but, it settles into its woody and lightly musked finaly form in due time. Great Jones is a throwback to another era. Simple and clean but performs very well.

The complete notes are: bergamot, sweet orange, cardamom, cedar, vetiver, oak moss,  and musk.

Creamy Incense Scent

Bond No. 9 Governors Island Eau de Parfum/3.4 oz. Governors Island is one that Bond No. 9 brought to market near the end of the last decade. It’s probably not one of their most popular fragrances, but it is a very good one.

It does indeed have some similarities to Luna Rossa Black, though, that one has a vanilla note that really comes through. Governors Island is a resinous and slightly smoky perfume with a creamy finish.

It is a somewhat spicy and very woody base covered in a resinous amber, with some sweetness that comes through. The latter stages feature a greater use of musk. It is a bold and long-lasting scent, but maybe a bit too niche for daily wear.

Gucci Guilty Pour Homme Intense

For this review, I am going to be taking a closer look at another fragrance from the Gucci Guilty lineup, this time: Gucci Guilty Pour Homme Intense. This cologne was released back in 2011 after Guilty’s initial success. How does the flanker stack up to the original? Is it strong? What does it smell like? Is it actually worth a purchase?

What does Gucci Guilty Intense Smell Like?

Notes include: lemon, lavender, coriander, amber, orange blossom, neroli, cedar, patchouli

My Full Review

The opening of Intense, reminds me greatly of the original Gucci Guilty. However, the lemon is less prominent, and the lavender and amber take on a greater role.

It’s like a shuffling of the composition, but man, do I enjoy the scent. It’s very warm and bright and there is just a hint of spice from coriander and patchouli, at the start.

As it moves forward some, the floral notes start to fully develop. Yes, the lavender is the top dog here, but orange blossom and neroli are also present. It’s all very pleasant and I found myself sniffing my wrist, time and time again.

That orange blossom is stronger in the front half, before I get a lot of lavender in the back.

All of the floral notes work in conjunction with one another and all seem to be soaked in a sea of amber, with just a bit of cedar wood at the base of the scent.

It’s honestly a pretty linear cologne, through the rest of the wear. Ultimately, it’s a warm amber soaked lavender with the lemon and floral notes. There is some patchouli but it isn’t very heavy, pretty subdued.

I like how it’s sweeter than the original Guilty, but still somewhat close to what that smells like. Gucci really found a simple formula and stick with it well.

Sillage and How Long does it Last?

Projection wise, it doesn’t have massive sillage, but it is solid in that regard. You’ll know that it’s there and people around you will be able to detect it just fine. I’d say that it’s moderate to strong, but not a complete beast.

Longevity is good, somewhere in the 7-8 hour range, possibly a bit longer with a double spray. I get less with the original Guilty Homme and more hours with Black. In most scenarios, 7-8 hours will be plenty.

When to Wear

Guilty Intense, feels more geared to college aged through early 30s wearers, but it isn’t a teenagers scent by any means. It’s fresh and youthful, but it does smell great and have sex appeal. I wouldn’t say that older men couldn’t wear it, but it doesn’t necessarily have a more mature vibe.

The versatility is one of the best aspects about this cologne, as it can be worn year round, and in a variety of situations. It is safe enough for office wear, not too serious to wear casually, and attractive enough for the nightlife.

It’s a good option for guys who want to have a bottle for any circumstance. It does have a certain level of sexiness and can absolutely draw complements.

Overall Impressions of Guilty Pour Homme Intense

Overall, do I like Gucci Guilty Intense Pour Homme? Absolutely. This might be my favorite from the Guilty line up, I like it better than the original, and I think that I prefer this to Guilty Black. Black, has better longevity in my experience, and they are 1A and 1B in how I rank them.

It’s pretty simple, but the execution is really good. It’s not my favorite fragrance or anything, but I love wearing it. Amber, lavender, floral notes, and lemon…it just works.

I don’t think Intense has ever gotten the recognition that it deserves, when the original is the best seller. However, I say that it is the superior fragrance easily.

It’s also seemingly getting harder to come by a bottle for a good price, so if it’s one you want to try, you should probably grab one before it gets outrageous.

Update: This one has been discontinued for years now. I bought a smaller travel bottle of it a year or so ago, that I finished. It’s a notch below what I originally thought of it, but I still like Guilty Intense.

It’s an easy one with some unique qualities, a good mix of floral notes with an aromatic quality. But, given the prices now, I wouldn’t track down a full bottle of the stuff. It’s best to go with another in the series.

9 Best Smelling Mont Blanc Colognes

For my next entry into reviewing the best scents from the world’s top designers, I wanted to take a closer look at Mont Blanc. Mont Blanc can tend to get overlooked, however, it is a design house that has done some very nice things in terms of men’s fragrances and does so at an affordable price point.

Are all the scents they make the most amazing and unique things to hit the market? No. What they do well is to make a great and wearable scent for men that will attract and draw complements on a daily basis. With that in mind, here are my top 9 Mont Blanc colognes for men.

What are the Best Mont Blanc Perfumes for Him?

Top Overall Mont Blanc Men’s Fragrance

MONTBLANC Legend Night Eau De Parfum, 1.7 fl. oz.– Vanilla, citrus, and candied apple start off this wonderful scent, that has a fantastic blend of sweet and spice. There is also a great mint note, up top.

It dries down as a much warmer and masculine cologne with an undeniable freshness. This has quickly become my favorite fragrance from Mont Blanc and a good reason to amend this list.

I purchased a full bottle of Legend Night after sampling it in 2018, it quickly became a favorite of mine to wear this past winter. Concerns about its longevity are overrated, and I find it to be quite well suited; to last all evening. Legend Night Full Review

Pros

  • Great sweet smell with warmth and depth
  • Draws complements
  • Awesome for nights out

Cons

  • Limited to cold or moderate temperatures
  • Some have longevity problems using it (it works well for me)

Best Selling Cologne

MONTBLANC Legend Eau de Toilette 3.3 fl.oz.– The most popular of the scents from Mont Blanc. It is a very crisp and clean scent featuring notes of pineapple, sandalwood, tonka bean, and bergamot. It is a solid choice for an everyday wear, though it can be classified as a moderate in terms of longevity.

This often gets compared to Abercrombie Fierce, but I think the classic Fierce formulation was better. However, that one isn’t around anymore. I like the fruity notes up top, plenty of pineapple, apple, and bergamot.

Later, this gets much drier with the wood and significant use of lavender. For some guys, they still swear by Legend, but to me it’s the third best fragrance using the Legend name. My review

Pros

  • Clean and good for daily wear
  • Complements

Cons

  • Not unique. You can find cheaper scents just like this
  • Performance is good, not great

legend

Great Clean Woody Fragrance

MONTBLANC Star Walker Eau de Toilette, 2.5 fl. oz.– A lovely scent for warmer days and a multitude of events. Woodsy and citric cologne with somewhat of an aquatic feel and for the price, it’s quite unique and mesmerizing.

I’d say it’s projection and longevity are moderate, which is the only thing stopping this fragrance from becoming a must buy for anyone. Starwalker is still a nice bet, at the right price.

Notes include: mandarin, ginger, bergamot, sandalwood, bamboo, amber, nutmeg, and more. My full Starwalker Review

Pros

  • Easy to wear, good daily option
  • Fairly unique

Cons

  • Not very powerful, needs more intensity

Extreme Starwalker

Starwalker Extreme– This is a newer edition of the Starwalker name. It’s actually quite different overall, but has its own charms that give it a spot on the list.

The fruity top is full of crisp apple, pineapple, and citrus notes. It’s not super sugary or a massive tropical type of aroma, but they are there and quite noticeable. The tonka bean is also very noticeable at the start.

The tonka isn’t massive or overbearing, instead giving you a light closer to vanilla sort of scent versus some other colognes which use the note. The opening will transition into something spicier, yet still sweet, before becoming a woody/tonka/lavender cologne.

Only hints of a marine influence, that adds to the freshness.

It kind of flew under the radar and can be harder to come across at a lot of retailers. However, when you do find it, Extreme is usually sitting there for a pretty massive discount. It’s well worth picking up at that sub-40 dollar price point.

Best New Mont Blanc

Legend Red– Legend Red isn’t spectacular to me, but it’s a very nice release from Montblanc, better than the Eau de Parfum for sure.

What I do really enjoy are the citrus top notes. The grapefruit and blood orange notes are actually great and grab one’s attention from the start. But, it’s also joined by some great fresh notes like juniper and clary sage.

Mainly, this is going to be citrus and great woody notes, with cedar taking the lead.  The blend is great when it’s a bit chilly out or through moderate temperatures. East to wear with moderate performance. A crowd pleaser.

Becomes quite woody in the dry down, but the juniper is something that I still pick up on in the late stages. Legend Red Review

Top Scent for Autumn

MONTBLANC Individuel Eau de Toilette, 1.7 fl. oz. This cologne has a sweet gourmand quality to it with a blend of cinnamon spice that is reminiscent of something like Joop! or Creed Santal.

The opening isn’t the best but it does dry down into something very nice and is a good and inexpensive bet for the Fall months.

I particularly like it when the juniper and mint, really start to kick in, and provide a cooling freshness to this scent. Individuel is clean and pairs nicely with the warmer spices, before you get a dry woodsy scent, during the final act.

This doesn’t project itself like a monster, but I get about 6-8 hours of wear from it, which is solid. Notes include: bergamot, mint, oakmoss, cinnamon, sandalwood, violet, and jasmine. My full Review

Pros

  • Very attractive scent
  • Nice for the colder months
  • Warm sandalwood and cinnamon

Cons

  • Not the most unique
  • Not great in warmer weather

indiv

Easy to Wear Spice

MONTBLANC Emblem Eau de Toilette Spray, 3.3 fl. oz.– A very nice everyday scent that excels in that role. It has a soft and sweet citrus opening, which isn’t feminine at all but rather, plays off the cinnamon and sage notes to create something that is attractive yet masculine.

As it dries down, Emblem becomes warmer and has a bit of spice that adds character to the composition. This is a wear from the winter months, it can be worn formally or professionally.

Not the sexiest fragrance ever, but it does have quite a nice scent, overall. It’s warm, sweet, and creamy. Read My Emblem Full Review

Pros

  • Balanced scent
  • Low key and won’t overwhelm

Cons

  • Not very exciting, probably the sixth best smelling on the list

emblem

Top Mont Blanc Scent for Summer

MONTBLANC Legend Spirit Eau de Toilette, 3.3 Fl Oz This is the newest edition to the list, Legend Spirit. To me, it’s the second best of the Legend line that has been released, after Night. It’s a blend of citrus notes, warm cardamom, and an aquatic accord.

The cardamom and pink pepper notes, give it a bit of a spice, and it sits on a woody base that is surrounded by a watery aroma. This is a moderately sillaged perfume with decent longevity, that is a good choice for warmer weather.

The citrus is mainly in the beginning, but the aquatic notes give Legend Spirit a light freshness throughout. If I had to pick two scents from the list, it’d be Spirit and Legend Night, to have all seasons covered. Legend Spirit Review

Pros

  • Great summer aquatic
  • Attractive citrus notes
  • Fresh

Cons

  • Not necessarily a wintertime wear

Best Explorer Cologne

MONTBLANC Explorer Eau de Parfum, 3.3 fl. oz.– Explorer has gotten a lot of attention due to its close resemblance to Creed Aventus. However, I think that it also has plenty of merit on it’s own and is definitely one of the better Mont Blanc fragrances for men.

You get citrus, sage, ambroxan, and pink pepper for a fresh and bright composition. Later, the wood, leather, and cacao will allow for a bit of separation from the Aventus comparisons.

So far, this is my favorite of the Explorer line. Ultra Blue wasn’t too exciting and I have yet to try Platinum, as of this update.

The performance is good at around 7-8 hours of wear and Explorer is just an all-around pleasant scent to wear. Explorer Review

5 Best Smelling Beyonce Perfumes

Beyonce has established herself over the years as a mega pop star in music, and over the past several years, her line of fragrances have enjoyed immense popularity also. For this list, I have chosen five perfumes by Beyonce, which I feel are the best of her line of ladies’ fragrances.

Each of these scents, is obviously very affordable, and I’ve tried to select something for every taste while sticking to the best of the product line. Also see: Britney Spears top perfumes, Rihanna

What are the Best Perfumes by Beyonce?

Note: This older line of fragrances has had a new addition in some years. However, Beyonce is introducing a newer high-end perfume here in 2023. Rihanna went a similar route with her line of perfumes, when she released Fenty. So, I’ll update the list again, if the newer ones are worthwhile. Until then, this is the best of the more affordable lineup.

Best Overall Scent

Beyonce Beyonce Midnight Heat Women Eau De Parfum Spray, 3.4 Ounce
A sensual and seductive fragrance, which I feel is the best of the lot, though others are quite close quality. Midnight Heat is a fresh blend of fruits and florals that will set the tone wherever you go. You get a deep and dark plum note, with the starfruit giving the composition a unique edge.

It definitely has a full complement of a tropical set of fruits and flower notes. Juicy and captivating, with a sweet creaminess, that begins to come through shortly after the opening minutes. The plum really shines in this one.

Then, patchouli spice, and the usual Beyonce orchid set in the background. Really attractive and interesting. Notes include: Starfruit, plum, patchouli, and sandalwood.  Also check out, Sexiest Perfumes for Women

Top Summertime Pick

Beyonce Pulse Eau De Parfum Spray for Women, 3.4 Ounce
A really nice everyday wear that projects confidence and energy. Pulse is one that will draw plenty of complements and won’t quit on you after a few hours like some fragrances. It has a sparkling and a bit of a colder side to it, before warming up later in the wear.

This one goes harder on the citrus notes and switches it up, with curacao as a main note to go with those fruits. You also get a creamy vanilla, which comes along in the dry down. The pear and citrus really combine to give it that bright and upbeat vibe.

It is fairly straightforward as a perfume, but delivers quite an enjoyable experience. Notes include: mandarin, pear, ginger orchid, orange blossom.

Most Popular Perfume

Beyonce Heat By Beyonce For Women Eau De Parfum Spray, 3.4-Ounce / 100 Ml
Warm, feminine, and elegant. Beyonce Heat is a delicious daytime fragrance for ladies which blends exotic fruit and floral notes.

Notes include: sequoia milkwood, almond macaroon, blush peach, magnolia, tonka bean, neroli, amber, creme de musk, red vanilla orchid, honeysuckle nectar.

The Heat series, is among the best that the Beyonce lineup has to offer. This is probably the most well-known of any of her releases. Sweet with a creaminess and fruity touches.

Almond, amber, peach, and nectar give you a sense of its overall warmth. Kind of distinct fragrance, from the others on the list, which have more of a juicy fruit personality.

heat

Best Fruity Fragrance

Beyonce Heat Rush for Women Eau De Toilette Spray, 3.4 Ounce– A very fruit wear, that is led by passion fruit, cherry, and orange. It all comes together as juicy and sweet.

It’s a good alternative for those who don’t like Pulse. I think that one is the better scent overall, more complex, but Heat Rush is also enjoyable.

Heat Rush taps into that exotic/tropical fruit part of the fragrance spectrum, but the background floral notes of hibiscus and orchid, really help bring things together.

This is a solid option for summertime wear, it has a playful attractiveness, without being overly loud or distracting. Heat Rush is a much more sheer and less of a creamy amber sort of scent, when compared to the original Heat.

Tropical, fun, and has a really good energy to it. Not super complex, but I think the blood orange note, is a nice touch. I just liked the energy and dynamic fruity aroma.

Nice Woody Scent

Beyonce Rise Eau De Parfums Spray for Women, 3.4 Ounce Rise opens up with a sweet apricot top note, which is joined by orchid and jasmine floral ingredients. The fragrance is lighter and stays close to the skin, with a musky and woody dry down, that includes cashmere wood.

It’s is a warm, slightly spicy, and powdery in the latter stages but a real change of pace, from others on the list. The apricot is great, but this one is low key, and one that is going to give you more of a traditional type of woody/musk finish…which not everyone enjoys.

Nonetheless, I appreciate its uniqueness versus the other options in this line, and think that it’s a good deal at this price point. It’s at least, a cozy and versatile wear, that one can get plenty of use out of.
