5 Perfumes that Smell Similar to Kai

Kai has been a very popular perfume for women, over the past 10+ years. It’s a great gardenia led white floral scent. Simple yet elegant and clean. This popularity will lead folks to search for something that smells similar or is a cheaper comparable fragrance of the original What are some options for those who want a Kai smell alike?

What Fragrances Smell Similar to Kai?

Light and Refreshing

Kate Spade Walk On Air Eau de Parfum Rollerball Womens Perfume, 0.34 oz. Walk on Air is of course going to have a lighter silage, just based on the name alone. It opens with a gentle citrus, white floral notes, and a fern note which hangs around throughout the wear.

Yet, this walk on air has a definite crispness and coolness to it, especially in the early stages after spraying. Not an exact one to one of Kai, but can cover a lot of the same ground as what you get with that one.

Another pretty and upbeat fragrance, with a refreshing aroma, that can fit in on any occasion. The performance is solid enough, for daily wear status, as well.

Easy Avon

Avon Haiku Eau de Parfum Spray– Kumquat and yuzu are some of the fruit notes that help to set Haiku apart, along with a fantastic and clean, lily-of-the-valley note. Refreshingly cool, crisp, and clean Haiku is a lighter perfume with dewy and outdoorsy undertones. An understated wear, which is safe to wear to work or casually.

More citrus than something like Kai, but this strikes the right tone, and is a closer smell alike during the latter stages of the wear. Haiku is already a well-known and liked scent, so, it’s really not much of a risk trying it out.

The Japanese inspired notes, help to take the usual floral fragrance, and create one that is distinct while being familiar. The latter stages, move away from the more citrus/green start, and more towards the floral end of things. Plus, a woody base, headed up by sandalwood.

In the end, you get a light musky jasmine, peony, and lily with the subtle remnants of fruits still making their way around. Also, a bit of a powdery finish.

KKW Entry

Diamond Kim Diamond Kim might be the best cheapie for having a comparable experience to Kai, out of the lot. You get plenty of gardenia, with honeysuckle, and a very nice freshness. Is the performance the best? Not really, but it isn’t terrible.

The initial opening of Diamond Kim is closer to Kai, with its white floral notes, but this seems muskier and with a fresher smell later on in the wear. Probably not as good as Kai, but it is another option. I’d go with Kai, if I could help it.

The ylang-ylang and warm sweetness do come in from the base to give this KKW a further distinction from what we’re looking for.

Aquatic Floral that’s Similar

Cool Water- So, Cool Water is a bit of a different pick. It actually is quite floral and has plenty of overlap with Kai. Yet, it takes a more aquatic route, and with some additional fruity touches.

I figured that I’d toss this one in, because while it isn’t an exactly similar smell, Cool Water can offer a summertime option for Kai fans. This gives you initial blast of citrus notes, mainly lemon, with its aquatic undertones.

Then, the floral ingredients come in and give Cool Water a different tone, along with sandalwood for its soapiness. It’s overall vibe is very clean, breezy, and definitely evokes memories of life at the beach. Nice performance and extremely affordable.

High End Bouquet

Flowerhead by Byredo– I’m not sure if too many are going to go with this Byredo fragrance versus Kai, as it is much more expensive.

Nonetheless, you’re going to get a very similar scent.  This will give you a stronger tuberose and a bit of a grassy element.

The bouquet of flowers is a nice effect, then you get some dewy green grass, and the usual soapy sort of cleanliness. Again, not going to give you that much of a difference from Kai, and it can be a lot pricier.

20 Best Smelling Cheap Perfumes for Her 2021

There are many options for ladies’ fragrances out on the market today. However, many of those options are way out of the price range for a whole lot of people. While others simply don’t want to spend 100+ bucks just to smell good.

The good news is that there are plenty of great options in perfumes that are under $40 here in 2021.

That’s right, you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg for a great scent, you just need to know where to look.

These perfumes consist of a variety of styles and types of fragrances, so that there should be a fantastic choice for just about any woman out there. Here’s my list of the best men’s fragrances for under $30.

What are the Best Smelling Affordable Perfumes for Women?

Inexpensive Daily Wear

Ellen Tracy By Ellen Tracy For Women. Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 Ounces– The original fragrance from Ellen Tracy, who has a whole host of inexpensive options. Bronze, is another nice one if you like cold powdery florals and lemonade.

Ellen Tracy for women is a gorgeous scent that is versatile and perfect for daily wear. It is a very clean woody/floral perfume with a warm musky undertone. It is elegant and vibrant with fruity notes of plum and peach giving it a very small dash of sweetness.

The crux of this perfume is its bouquet scent that is airy, sometimes powdery, and finishes with a clean soapiness.

Can pretty much be worn anywhere and really shines in the spring and summer months.

Fresh Lily and Citrus

Alfred Sung SHI Eau De Parfum Spray, Perfume for Women, 3.4 oz Alfred Sung is another designer that makes really inexpensive perfumes, that usually punch above their price.

This one has a nice opening with a light orange note, that sits in a fairly watery aroma. The water lily note gives Shi a bit of an aquatic vibe, but it’s not oceanic or anything like that.

As it dries down it is more about the floral notes with frangipani and that water lily. The citrus fades somewhat, but you keep the aquatic element, and get a light musk. The floral notes are somewhat green. Shi is an outstanding pickup for under $20.

Dynamic Nightlife Wear

Paris Hilton Can Can Eau De Parfum Spray 3.40 oz– Can Can is an upbeat and beautiful fragrance by Paris Hilton. Great for a night out. The nectarine note, leads the way with clementine, and other light citrus. All of that is soaked in a warm amber note.  It takes on a sugary sort of aroma when all paired with the musk and floral notes.

Can Can gives you that energy and attractiveness, when it gets cold out, and does so in its own unique way. Paris has many other great perfume options for cheap. Notes include: cassis, clementine flower, wild orchid, nectarine, musk, orange blossom, woods, amber.

Less Well-Known Flanker

Happy Heart By Clinique For Women. Parfum Spray 3.4 Ounces– Clinique’s Happy, is the more popular of the two, but Happy Heart may be better. It is a light floral with hints of citrus and the freshness of cool cucumber.

The dry down period, has a bit of a soapy feeling to it, but isn’t sharp or overbearing. Happy Heart gives you a solid performance with a sillage that is overall moderate.

Avon Entry

Today for Her Eau De Parfum Spray– I thought that I’d add an Avon fragrance to the mix. Here’s my list of their best, if you want many other cheapie options.

Today may be the best of the bunch. It’s one for floral lovers, particularly if you enjoy tuberose and freesia. Though, I think its secondary notes are very interesting here, the orange blossom and cactus.

A nice little daytime wear, for the price, that has a lot of energy and a very attractive smell. Today for Her is definitely a great value buy, particularly for those who enjoy the scent of freesia or tuberose.

I really like the opening act with the orange blossom in full force. Though, the entire floral arrangement in here is a great experience. This is a very good daily wear, for those who want a floral perfume, that’s not overly ‘green’ or garden-like.

Sweet and Girly Cheapie

Vera Wang Princess by Vera Wang for Women – 3.4 Ounce EDT Spray Princess has been a popular fragrance for a long time now. It’s a very nice blend of sweeter notes like vanilla and chocolate, with fruits such as, apple and guava.

This gives it a nice back and forth, as a gourmand scent. Princess has a yummy sweet profile, but not insanely sugary, the guava and floral notes give it a clean heart without the hyper-candy aroma.

Vanilla and chocolate can make a perfume feel heavier, but this one remains pretty light and enjoyable to wear. The performance is also quite good.

The Newest Fancy

Jessica Simpson Fancy Forever Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 oz– Jessica Simpson was putting out some gems in her line of perfumes. Though, the production seemed to go away for years now, before recently kicking back up.

Fancy Forever is one of these newer editions and it is right up there with her best fragrances. Forever is a sweet one with vanilla and tonka bean giving it a creaminess. You get added sweetness with litchi and apricot up top.

Actually, at times Fancy Forever will be powdery and it finishes with its musky base. Not overly complicated, but a delectable scent with nice performance.

Clean Summery Aquatic

Davidoff Cool Water Eau De Toilette Spray for Women, 3.4 Ounce–  Cool Water for Women gives you initial blast of citrus notes, mainly lemon, with its aquatic undertones.

Then, the floral ingredients come in and give Cool Water a different tone, along with sandalwood for its soapiness.

It’s overall vibe is very clean, breezy, and definitely evokes memories of life at the beach. Nice performance and extremely affordable.

Clean Floral/Fruity

Enduring Glow by Jennifer Lopez 3 Piece Gift Set – Eau de parfum– Throw a dart at JLo’s line of fragrances and you’ll at least come up with something okay, for not a lot of money.

I’ll add Enduring Glow to the list, as it is a newer flanker, and not very well known yet. It’s a fruity floral perfume, that begs to be worn in the warmer weather. Also, it has a pretty close resemblance to the ever popular Chloe EDP,  without the rose note.

That opening is bright and zesty, with a sparkle provided by the pear note. Later, the peony comes in fairly strong, and Enduring Glow has more of a fresh soapy feel.

Confident, Mature, Floral

Jessica Mcclintock By Jessica Mcclintock For Women. Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 Oz.-This inexpensive choice is a highly feminine fragrance that is sure to draw complements. This fragrance is usually a best seller among the cheaper ones and has been for a long time.

Jessica McClintock perfume is a very floral affair, so if you’re into lots of flowers in your fragrance, this is a good bet. It features rose, lily-of-the-valley, ylang-ylang, and jasmine.

The opening features some sharper notes, like black currant, and citrus. Then, it has a ‘green’ and floral middle, with a fresh musky dry down and hints of wood. Quite mature and clean.

Warm Sugary Candy

Pink Sugar by Aquólína for Women Eau De Toilette Spray 3.4 oz A playful option, probably best worn by the younger set. It’s both sweet and fun with ingredients such as vanilla. This candy-like perfume has been a best seller for more than a decade and is a super gourmand that boasts fantastic performance.

This one is starts out with a cotton candy aroma, which is followed up by caramel and licorice. Yes, this one is sweet, but it has much more going on for it than it would appear. Warm and captivating.

Notes include: cotton candy, caramel, raspberry, bergamot, licorice, powder, fig leaves, orange, strawberry, and wood.

Fresh and Fun 90s Wear

Tommy Hilfiger Tommy Girl Eau de Toilette Spray for Women, 3.4 Fluid Ounce– Highly popular designer in the 1990s, Tommy Hilfiger, hit a home run with his female fragrance Tommy Girl. It’s still got a a large following of wearers, after all of this time. A warm, dynamic, scent that gives off a youthful vibe.

This Tommy Hilfiger perfume is probably best geared toward high school girls through women in their twenties. Although, I doubt anyone would be mad at someone more mature wearing this fresh scent. Tommy Girl is super fresh with a lemon and grapefruit top and floral notes including honeysuckle and magnolia, developing as it dries down.

This one exudes the spirit of summertime and is safe enough to wear on the daily, at school or work. What’s great about it (beyond the aroma), is how affordable it is, and how well it performs. From the 1990s, but still as dynamic as ever.

Summertime Gourmand

Ed Hardy Villain By Christian Audigier 4.2 oz Eau De Parfum Spray for Women The men’s version of Villain, isn’t all that great, but the women’s surprisingly is.  It starts out with a melon/citrus fruit sweetness, which is blended with crème brulee, for a fresh and deliciously inviting scent.

There are some floral hints from lotus, but Villain is mostly about that watermelon, and crème. Juicy and with an aquatic vibe, this one works great in the warm weather, and is super pleasant to be around.

Best Cheap Kim Kardashian Perfume

Kim Kardashian Gold Eau De Parfum Spray, 3.4 oz– Kim Kardashian has her inexpensive lineup of scents and the newer (and a bit pricier) KKW brand.

Gold is probably my favorite from the older releases. It is a warm citrus and amber blend. The bergamot and grapefruit are stars, in the opening act. That bright and clean effect. Later, it will become a bit spicy with some added patchouli

Kardashian Gold has an almost unisex vibe to it, is well-blended, and it is a very attractive perfume. Really, a steal for the price.

Consistent Best-Seller

Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds, 3.3 Fluid Ounce– What can you say at the point, about White Diamonds? This Elizabeth Taylor fragrance is an absolute classic and a non-stop best seller for three decades.

It also just happens to be available at the under $30 price point for a full bottle. Flowers are the heart of the matter, but it starts out with a bright burst of aldehydes. As it dries down, you get a lovely sandalwood, with warm amber, and musk.

White Diamonds is still super potent (but not overbearing) and an all day performer. Whatever it is about this combination of ingredients, they certainly hit on a winner, when putting this together.

Classic Designer Bouquet

Oscar by Oscar De La Renta for Women – 3.4 fl oz EDT Spray-This one from designer Oscar De La Renta, has a bit of spice to it, but it is also a sophisticated floral perfume for mature women.

Gardenia, tuberose, and ylang-ylang are the main floral ingredients in this classic late 1970s ladies perfume. Has a powdery/soapy clean vibe but with beautiful floral notes and herbal undertones to keep things interesting.

Musky, Light Floral Perfume

Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker for Women, Eau de Parfum, 3.4-Ounce Spray Bottle– Another fantastic option for less than $30. Lovely starts with some citrus notes and an undercurrent of apple martini. It is brought together with lavender, orchid, and musk.

Lovely has a bit of patchouli and cedar, which adds a light layer of earthiness to the composition. This is a very easy wear and quite favors the scent of Narciso Rodriguez EDP.

Quite clean and musky with floral notes peaking through to create an attractive aroma. Can be soft, but very appealing, and one that will garner complements. Lovely by SJP Review

Energetic Fruit Blend

VIP Private Show by Britney Spears Eau de Parfum Spray 100ml–  VIP Private Show was released following  Private Show by Britney Spears. However, the two perfumes are very different from one another. VIP Private show is a very nice blend of fruit notes with an upbeat personality.

The scent opens with apple, raspberry, and blood orange with some mango thrown in. It’s got that awesome fruity sucrose sweetness and that’s most of what is going to be noticed upfront. Amber, violet, and musk appear later but aren’t that heavy in here.

It can be fairly linear in its presentation, but this one lasts all day, and is utterly delicious to smell.

Smooth Tropical Liqueur

Guess by Marciano 3.4oz 100ml EDP Spray– Guess Marciano is a perfume that goes overlooked and underappreciated. It is a magnificent blend of popular sensibilities with unique ingredients to set it apart, like orange liqueur and star fruit.

It is like a fruity tropical drink with notes of grapefruit, the liqueur, and cuarcao. Then, that booziness is met with a spicy cardamom and a smooth familiar vanilla note.

Later, it is deepened by the inclusion of white floral notes. Beautiful and unique for a price of $20 or less.

Best Bold and Spicy Scent

Rogue By Rihanna Eau de Parfum Spray, 4.2 Ounce– Like Kim Kardashian, Rihanna has her more expensive Fenty brand and also these Rihanna name branded scents.

I went with Rogue for this list, as I don’t think it gets enough attention, and it brings something different to the table versus the usual fare. This one indeed stands alone, is bold, and has an awesome spicy profile.

Plum, vanilla, and patchouli are all involved. The patchouli is somewhat strong here, but doesn’t overwhelm. Rogue becomes smoother as it dries down, with suede and a powdery finish.

The patchouli with the sweeter notes, gives Rogue a somewhat warm sweet/spicy gourmand vibe, at times during the wear.  Notes include: lemon blossom, cyclamen, plum.

5 Best Smelling Montblanc Perfumes for Women

Montblanc has a line of very popular men’s fragrances, but it doesn’t stop there, and also has a lineup of ladies perfumes. Although, there are definitely more male colognes offered from this brand.

Nonetheless, I wanted to present a list of the five best scents that have been released by Montblanc, who once again show that they can do a lot more than just produce fancy pens.

Note: there haven’t been too many new perfumes from this line, over the past few years. So, some of these may be tougher to find.

What are the Top Ladies’ Perfumes by Mont Blanc?

Woody Fresh

Mōntblanc Presence D’uné Fémme Perfume for Women Eau de Toilette 2.5 fl.oz A citrus note opens along with a spicy pepper and woody undertones, to create something fresh and fairly unique in the women’s fragrance space.

The woody notes add a smooth and well-blended base to the rest of the perfume, which morphs into something sweeter with vanilla coming through later on. It’s a dry scent with a crisp aroma and moderate sillage.

Rosewood and mahogany are quite strong for a time, but the dry down features a good bit of sandalwood. For much of the wear, it will feel citrusy and woody, and fairly unisex. The vanilla portion of the wear is more feminine.

Most Popular Montblanc for Her

MontBlanc Lady Emblėm for Women Perfumė 2.5 fl. oz Eau de Parfum A very nice rose based scent with fruity undertones that includes citrus. Lady Emblem has a bit of a sweet/sour fruit blend on top of the rose note, which allows it to be upbeat and cheerful.

During the dry down, it becomes more musky and woody, but they really remain background players.

It’s a clean grapefruit and pomegranate opening, giving it a sparkling quality in the early stages after spraying. It has its moments of sweetness, but overall Lady Emblem smells floral and fresh. Decent but not amazing performance. Quite versatile, as well.

Best Winter Fragrance

Montblànc Femmė de Montblànc for Women 1.7 oz Eau de Toilette– A sweet and sour gourmand type of fragrance with cinnamon spice, chocolate, and pineapple to give Femme de Montblanc that little zing.

It is a fresh scent that takes on more of a patchouli based aroma as it moves forward. Ultimately, pretty sweet and spicy, with solid longevity for colder weather. Good gourmand, that isn’t overwhelming but does come across as being nice and cozy.

Cinnamon and patchouli are the big players, in the end stages, with sort of a vague sweetness from the remnants of the opening pineapple and chocolate.

Top Newer Release

Montblanc Signature for Her– This one seemed to totally fly under the radar since its release last year. I mean, I only recently found out about Signature, which is a shame because it is a great fragrance from the brand.

I think the reason is because it only seems to be available from a few outlets, mainly Nordstrom’s (linked above). It’s not even an option from Montblanc’s own website.

Anyway, this one features notes like clementine, white musk, and vanilla. Add to that, it’s floral notes of ylang-ylang and peony.

The opening is bright and juicy with the clementine citrus note having its time to shine. Although, you definitely pick up on that overall creaminess of the perfume, pretty much right away. Vanilla and a milky coconut.

It isn’t an overbearingly sweet or creamy aroma, that’s built for the winter months. It’s clean, also a bit powdery at times, and hangs softly in the warm air of spring/summer. The dry down is more musky clean than creamy, to my nose. Really easy to wear.

Woodsy/Floral

MONTBLANC Femme Individuelle Eau de Toilette, 2.5 fl. oz.– Pink pepper and rose are the main highlights. It’s sweet but very soft and has a gentle spice provided by that pink pepper note.

Femme Individuelle has a nice vanilla note that adds a creaminess and then starts to dry down into something with more of a woodsy/floral personality. This is a different ladies’ scent, versus much of the mainstream favorites, but that makes it so much more appealing.

The performance and versatility is a highlight. It’s familiar while having its own unique qualities, but can be worn as a daily scent, and will keep up for the duration of a work day.

Paris-Deauville by Chanel

The Les Eaux de Chanel line is a more recent endeavor for the brand. The name’s of each fragrance starts with Paris and ends with another destination in France. I have gotten ahold of samples of each of the released scents so far and will be posting up my full reviews of them. Today, I am going to cover one of my favorites of the bunch, Paris-Deauville. How does it smell? How long does it last? Is it worth a buy?

What does Paris-Deauville Smell Like?

Notes include: lime, mandarin orange, lemon, basil, petitgrain, jasmine, patchouli, and rose

Click here to try: Paris-Deauville from Chanel

My Full Review

Here’s how Chanel describes it: Inspired by the country landscape along the Normandy coast, PARIS-DEAUVILLE Eau de Toilette is a lively, aromatic scent with a radiant freshness—the fragrance of the open air.

Paris-Deauville opens up with a delicious burst of its citrus notes. The main ones are going to be lime and mandarin orange. There is also so lemon. The orange note is very familiar, since it’s the same orange from Coco Mademoiselle.

Basil adds a great fresh spiciness to the blend. The citrus and green aroma is very attractive and bright for the summer months.

It all sits on top of a generally green and slightly floral mix in the base. It’s all very fresh and bright. Quite unisex.

Basil and lime are the main attractions for most of the wear. The other citrus notes play a supporting part. As it dries down, you do get a bit of jasmine and rose, but not much. Patchouli is the third strongest and really works well with the other two.

However, Deauville doesn’t develop all that much as a fragrance. You’ll get most of what you’re going to get early on in the wear. The good news, is that it is a very nice perfume and enjoyable.

Sillage, Longevity, and Versatility

The sillage here ranges from light to the upper edge of moderate, in the early stages. The boldness of the citrus and basil notes can pack a bit of a punch initially. However, that will calm down and Paris-Deauville becomes more of a classic summertime wear.

The performance here is overall solid for this type of scent. A lot of citrus based perfumes like this can disappear in a few hours. This Chanel will hang around on my skin for up to 7 hours. Usually, it’ll hit six without issue, and that last hour is up for grabs.

Seasonally, mainly going to be the summer. But, late spring will be plenty doable for many of us. It’s not overly formal, but when it’s warmer you could wear Deauville casually to semi-formal. It’s more of a daytime fragrance than a nightlife powerhouse.

Very unisex, maybe leaning a bit more feminine. I really had no problems wearing this one, as a man.

Overall Impressions of Paris-Deauville

Do I like this scent? Yes, to me, it is the second best of the Les Eaux de Chanel lineup. Probably the best, as a unisex fragrance. Paris-Venise is more feminine, but I think better as a whole.

I love a good use of lime in a perfume. There have been some, but they usually have poor performance. Chanel has solved this, with its use of strong basil and patchouli. Paris-Deauville does have a slight Coco Mademoiselle quality to it with the mandarin and patchouli, also.

It’s not too complicated of a fragrance. Though, I find it really enjoyable and one with a rather unique profile. The citrus and greenish aroma. Very fresh, cold, with enough of a floral contingent but not anything that overwhelms the composition.

Sure, it will have a limited use case for most folks, being only the spring and summer. Though, within that timeframe, one could get plenty of enjoyment out wearing Deauville.

I like this fragrance. It’s definitely a Chanel that you should at least try and one that I think will have plenty of appeal for most folks.

Rose des Vents by Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton has been putting out a ton of new fragrances over the past five years or so. Over the past months, I’ve been working my way through most of them with testing and full reviews. Rose des Vents was released by the luxury brand in 2016. The rose in the name should tell you what it’s all about, but how does it smell? Perform? Is it worth a try?

What does Rose des Vents Smell Like?

Notes include: Centifolia rose absolute, Turkish rose, Bulgarian rose, cedar, Italian iris, pepper, peach, black currant

My Full Review

Before I jump into my thoughts on this fragrance, let’s see how Louis Vuitton describes it:  An olfactory guide, Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud transports us to the middle of a field of roses in Grasse. Buffeted by the wind, this singular flower seems to breathe. Sleek and stately thanks to iris and cedar, this perfume takes on glazed accents as it comes into contact with pepper. Gradually, the composition becomes as delicate as the skin of a velvety fruit.

Rose des Vents starts off with its roses taking center stage. It’s familiar, a well done rose that smells quite nice. This is joined by a fresh spiciness and greenish aroma that sitting underneath the top petals.

The fresh spice is from the pepper note. It doesn’t stay around for the entire wear, but it plays a fairly prominent role in the beginning.

There are some fruity notes in here, peach and black currant. However, this leans heavily to the rose floral side of things. The fruits add a sheer juiciness to the underlying composition, but the actual weighting of these notes is pretty small.

While the roses dominate things, the perfume does have a delightful sweetness and fresh exuberance about it.

The overall composition isn’t too complicated. The dry down sees more of that rosy/green combination of the top. There is a light powdery aroma from the iris note and it’s all sitting on top of a fresh woody cedar.

Sillage, Longevity, and Versatility

The sillage of Rose des Vents starts out strong. During testing, it was capable of projecting itself pretty far from where it was applied. It’s not a monster fragrance, but the start is very noticeable.

This Louis Vuitton dries down into a moderate perfume. You’ll know it’s there, but it isn’t constantly grabbing attention.

On my skin, I got 8-9.5 hours of wear before it finally faded for good. The performance isn’t incredible by any means, but it does its job well.

Seasonally, this is a lighter rose scent that is best in the spring and summer months. Moderate to warmer temperatures is wear it’ll shine. Though, year round wear is certainly possible for some folks.

Rose des Vents is a very versatile fragrance. It’s not a super sexy night life wear, but it can go casual, semi-formal, to work, etc. I wouldn’t worry too much about getting use out of this one, it’ll be fine in plenty of scenarios.

Overall Impressions of Rose des Vents

Overall, do I like Rose des Vents? I like the smell. I don’t think it’s an amazing perfume, but it’s certainly above average. It’s definitely a scent for lovers of rose as a note. If that describes you, this Vuitton scent is worth a try at least, and one you’ll probably appreciate .

I think the opening with the rose and pepper spice is interesting and attractive. The greenish aroma isn’t great, but it doesn’t diminish my enjoyment too much.

The sheer quality of the fruits doesn’t allow this to get too overwhelming, but I might have liked some extra strength from them. The sweetness is an aspect of Rose des Vents, which I found appealing.

The performance is also solid for what this is.

Rose des Vents isn’t a fragrance that I think that you can particularly go wrong with. Nothing about it is bad or subpar. Is it worth the money? Well, Louis Vuitton says it’s currently their best seller. So, I guess plenty of people dig it. It’s a pretty safe buy at least and probably won’t offend anyone.
